The IPAN-SoTLAN recognizes the importance of impartiality in carrying out its certification activities, manages conflict of interest and ensures the objectivity of its personnel certification activities.

IPAN-SoTLAN ensures that the value of conformity assessment is upheld. The services of IPAN-SoTLAN are available to all users of conformity assessment and such services are carried out in a manner necessary to preserve impartiality, objectivity, independence, freedom from conflict of interest and bias neutrality, fairness and open-mindedness.
